CCO operational opportunities are the positions that support the hands-on campus ministry of the organization. From Staff Services, Talent Acquisition & Mobilization, and Communications to Finance, Support Raising, and Events these positions help make campus ministry happen.
CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:
- Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
- Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.
- Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.
This part-time position will be working with CCO Experiential Design Team (XD). The candidate would have experience in the backcountry (bonus would be trip leading experience) and a working knowledge and passion for technical gear. Experience in multiple activities preferred, but not required (backpacking, rock climbing, boating, etc). And a willingness to travel several times a year to equipment locations.
A few skills this new hire must possess are: excels in organizational and administrative task management, works independently, has a working understanding of equipment (to be able to repair) and enjoys researching new equipment concepts, and collaborates with teams.
