A HEALTHY COMPENSATION PLAN:

We reward your hard work with total compensation ranges from $33.00-$45.00+ hourly ($51,480-$70,200+ per year assuming 30 hours hands-on per week).

NEW HIRE BONUS -- LIMITED TIME: Receive up to a $500 new hire bonus for all applications received between now and December 31st, 2022. The more days you are scheduled each week equates to a larger bonus (2 days = $200, 3 days = $300, 4 days = $400, 5 days = $500), and the bonus is earned after being on the client schedule for 30-days.

• Customizing facial and body treatments within Massage Envy's policies, protocols to craft truly personalized sessions and recommending a home-care regimen to achieve desired results.
• Greeting customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Obtaining informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the session.
• Performing 50 and 80-minute customized facial session within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
• Performing 50-minute chemical peel or microderm infusion treatments.
• Performing LED Nourishing Light Services
• Performing partial or whole-face waxing services.
• Promoting the health and wellness benefits of facials specific to each client and recommending frequency.
• Safeguarding client information and confidentiality.
• Help maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Maintaining a professional clean appearance of self and spa by wearing a clean uniform, following the table dressing & draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean.
• Performing quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in our state.
• Safeguarding the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality and upholding our commitment to safety.

• Knowledgeable of proper skin care techniques, product ingredients, and skincare equipment usage.

• Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under their belts. You'll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.

COVID UPDATE

We’ve implemented extensive safety protocols to help protect our amazing employees. We even engaged CTEH®, an Arkansas-based scientific consulting firm that specializes in the field of environmental health and provides advice based on reliable science to safeguard individuals and communities. Through this work with CTEH® and their industrial hygienists, we have developed and updated key policies and protocols, designed new health-specific trainings, created useful resources, and additional best practices for all of our team members. Both of our Asheville locations, with additional training provided to all employees, have become CTEH® certified to further ensure we are a safe environment.
