• Husband has Parkinson’s, lives in home with wife
• Wife needs assistance with evening care/bed routine
• Engage in Companionship & Conversation
• Assist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise
• Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping
