Job description
Global Media Digital TV is looking for an Executive Assistant for our President.
Required skills:
Our company is a content provider to digital TV platforms throughout the world.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Understanding of computers and software Microsoft / Adobe and file management and metadata are needed.
- Understanding of social media and marketing are a plus Strong writing skills, Microsoft Excel (experience with pivot tables a plus)
A proclivity for quickness, whether fact-finding online, Strong organizational Skills, strong computer skills , social media knowledge of file formats a plus Adobe software a plus, ability to follow through and complete tasks quickly and accurately
About the Company
Bachelor’s degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent experience is a plus but if you're smart and able to do the job we want to hear from you.
Administrative experience preferred (Sales marketing experience a plus)
Knowledge of audio/video or IT products, and an ability to understand technical manuals
