Our company is seeking an Executive Chef with extensive experience as a head chef in high profile restaurants to lead our talented team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including training new cooks, preparing daily menus and ordering inventory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in classic French cuisine, and will work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals under a variety of circumstances and using a variety of cooking techniques.
• Prepare menus.
• Control costs by planning meals, ordering ingredients, and reducing food waste.
• Work directly with customers to respond to their suggestions and preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,009.00 - $73,601.00 per year
