We are professional, supportive, collaborative, and our goal is to Carried To Full Term (CTFT) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization providing long-term housing to pregnant and homeless women. Our goal is to invest in stabilizing women and their families. We provide the tools, support, and resources to help women become independent and self-sufficient..

• Our company is seeking an Executive Director to run our organization. He or she will be responsible for overseeing any and all aspects of our organization, including staff management, budgeting, program evaluation and outreach. The successful candidate will be a visionary with strong leadership and communication skills who can work both independently and as part of a team. He or she must also prioritize development of leaders and to build a culture that empowers the staff to lead operations with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an overall administrative plan that includes the development of specific goals and implementation plans to meet these goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, including directors and program directors.
• Oversee the marketing of the organization.
• Oversee board development and management.
• Create grant opportunities, and manage grants and funding campaigns.
• Report on accomplishment of strategic plans.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including administration, programs, staffing, finances, fundraising, and community relations.
• Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and vision.
• Develop, guide and supervise residential programs ensuring program components are appropriate and services adhere to licensing standards.
• Coordinate joint advocacy campaigns, press conferences, media interviews, and statements in partnership with faith leaders and community partners.
• Develop and implement social media strategies relating to various societal causes.
• Perform as facilitator to translate human rights principles into language that is accessible, meaningful, and persuasive among faith communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,732.68 per year
