Job Summary

Responsible for leading the strategic planning development for the Company. Interfaces with all internal organizations in a manner that promotes a positive and cooperative approach for achieving all business objectives. Charts the financial path and operational success of the Company while strengthening community ties. Develops, articulates and promotes a dynamic and innovative vision for Company. Demonstrates effective leadership while developing and implementing the strategies and structures needed to execute the Company's vision. Infuses creativity and collaboration into planning and implementation. Manages programs and projects to ensure effective and efficient internal operations and external affairs. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and oversight for all day-to day operations and management of the Company.
  • Oversees projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies related to Company's growth and profitability.
  • Oversees business modeling and long-range financial planning.
  • Leads current and future Strategic Planning processes and designs and implements strategic planning and business initiatives.
  • Develops and implements program evaluation tools and processes.
  • Produces accurate comprehensive financial reports and delivers to Vice President(s).
  • Promotes transparent communication among management team.
  • Oversees and manages all contract management and compliance.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of media/ad tech industry. Convergence of TV (linear + digital), programmatic/marketplace, ad technology experiences a plus.

Master's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Pay Range: $214,180.36 - $321,270.54

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
