Position Summary

Project manager is a critical position requiring an employee to wear multiple hats. The position requires skills and understanding in several key areas such as Design, Fabrication Techniques, Materials and Hardware, Accounting, and Communications, (both written & verbal). Meticulous organizational habits as well as computer literacy is required. CAD experience and proficiency is a plus; however, not a critical skill set. The ability to understand technical drawings is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities

· Successfully manage Custom, Portable and Modular projects both domestically and internationally.

· Continual communication with sales & design departments to ensure that project in production meets conceptual vision and client expectations. Some limited communication with clients relating to details.

· Accurately estimate costs for projects and assist AEs with wording for proposals.

· Distribution and clarification of work orders to production.

· Oversee / check development of production specification drawings.

· Order all project specific materials and hardware, issue purchase orders, account for all project costs and variances.

· Manage subcontractor support for specialty items.

· Daily communication with shop foreman relating to fabrication details and changes.

· Initiate and lead weekly project specific meetings, communicate results to all affected.

· With the assistance of logistics department, develop crate content list and shipping manifest.

· Oversee the creation of set-up packages for onsite supervisors.

· Travel may be required to support installations

· Initiate and lead post event meeting; full accounting report of all associated costs and variances, publish findings to all team members with emphasis on improvements in process and procedures. Objective is to increase efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability for Exhibitus.

· Mentor and help develop career path for junior team members.

You must be organized and efficient. As a Project Manager with Exhibitus, you must be willing to work in a fast paste environment, work within a team, be available after hours and on weekends to answer questions and achieve objectives set by others. Other necessary abilities:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
