Dental Office Manager Role: This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills that will oversee the day to day duties and ensure that we begin and end with a smooth flow for the patient's and the team. Attention to detail is a skill you have already mastered.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-years of experience as a Dental Office Manager in a $1million+ general dental practice
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft is highly preferred, but not required
- Experience using tracking systems
- A team player that is willing to bring ideas to the table while supporting the doctors vision of what the future holds
- A quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s and team's needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs).
- Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Dentist/Owners for both strategy and accountability
- Participate in the Daily/Weekly/Monthly accountability/training with the team to stay on track
- Maintain a smooth flow of the day and keeping your eyes on all the moving parts
- Participate, as needed, in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation
