Experienced Insurance Sales/Service Representative Opening

My team is growing and we’re seeking a motivated individual that is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and has a desire to make a positive impact on the community.

In the role as an Insurance Sales/ Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to growing the business and retaining existing customers. In this position you will pursue and respond to the needs of prospects and current clients, and provide solutions for their security and peace of mind.

You will receive individualized on-the-job training, coaching, support, and assistance in becoming a resource for families and businesses. We will help develop your ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Candidate must currently hold a valid CO Property & Casualty License
• One or more years of experience in insurance sales/customer service preferred
• Professional, confident, self-starter who works well in a team environment
• Goal-oriented, coachable and dependable
• Friendly, positive and a desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales/Service Representative:

• Engage with prospective clients via telephone, email, networking, in-person and other creative lead sources
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work with existing customers to take care of their service transactions such as payments and policy changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Greenwood Village, CO 80111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
