An H&W Engineer on what he likes about working here: “I really enjoy the rigor of engineering and creative problem solving (figuring out how to make an architect’s inspiration sketch a buildable object)… the satisfaction of walking through a jobsite and seeing a piece (or entire room) that I engineered fully installed. It is such a rewarding feeling to say with confidence ‘I helped make that’. I actually feel like part of a team. Having the ability to talk with anyone in-house about your project and figure out difficult details together is pretty great. I started in the Engineering Department as an intern, then later a process engineer. I am now a Senior Project Engineer.”
