WHY YOU'LL DIG YOUR GIG

You will be responsible for leading a Production team with the planning, logistics, execution and success of live event experiences for one of our top clients. The role entails high visibility internally, with clients, partners, and vendors, and requires a highly motivated, extremely organized, polished individual who can lead a team of producers and work alongside other agency department resources to deliver best in class event experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the onsite execution of events, overseeing all producers, contractors, venue/partner relationships, and ensuring all elements of the event execution run flawlessly and on time within budget
• Manage multiple event campaigns across various brands simultaneously, while prioritizing and managing time effectively to devote appropriate amount of time to all projects
• Responsible for keeping account relationships and planning on track. This includes successful relationship building, revenue maintenance and growth, program execution and delivery on customer service imperatives
• Lead the production component of experiential events, while partnering with Account and Creative teams within the agency as well as the client, in conceptualizing, developing, and managing the execution of live events
• Build a thorough understanding of the clients' brands and businesses, marketing campaigns, values and culture, goals, and key performance indicators
• Manage a team of full-time producers and coordinators, including resource management/ assignment to projects, performance management, mentorship and development, and hiring/ selection of team members
• Be a critical thinker, problem solver and works well under pressure, proactively identifying potential challenges or barriers to execution, and delivering solutions prior to impact
• Support account leads and participate in planning and pitching of strategy, ideas, feasibility, and execution n of live events for brand marketing campaigns
• Prepare RFP's for vendors /contractors and oversee bidding process, negotiate effectively for best terms and pricing
• Develop estimates and budgets, manage.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years' experience in hands on event production with medium to large integrated agencies and/or in -house at client
• 7+ years in management role overseeing production teams, vendors, freelancers
• Ability to handle constant change, fast-paced environments, and accelerated production schedules with professional attitude and composure
• Understanding of business finance, estimate development, fees and project profitability, forecasting, staff costs
• Work non -traditional hours (nights/weekends/holiday) as well a regular work week, ability to travel regularly
• Excellent work ethic and driving passion for achieving best in class experiences
• Must be a collaborative team player, working well with others across key agency departments and leaders
• Have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and disciplined, enthusiastic, and responsible
• Possess a creative mindset and eye to bring the creative vision to life in an effective, engaging experience
• See the big picture, determine appropriate course of action, delegate to the right people and allocate resources to deliver effective, high quality event execution.
