Salary Range: $70,000 - $89,000 / annually
Shared Services Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Coaches, monitors, and performance manages 10 – 15 individual contributors, including but not limited to managing productivity, quality and time and attendance
- Manages key metrics and work queues assigned
- Facilitates daily team huddle to maintain communication and improve employee engagement
- Provides On-the-Job training to employees. Collaborates with training team to develop curriculum that facilitates employee success
- Reviews and takes action on quality defects; collaborates with Engineering Team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implements corrective and preventive actions
- Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination.
- Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.
- Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
Shared Services Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Operations or process improvement experience required.
- Home Health experience requirement
- Laptop/Headset will be provided for work at home positions - candidates must have reliable Internet and/or WIFI sufficient to meet the demands of the job
