POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The primary accountability for House Maintenance 1 position is to maintain and service the club operations property performing duties that are general in nature. The House Maintenance person must be dedicated to providing quality service and exceeding Member and Guest expectations. He/She is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the highest level of facility maintenance of the club reporting any areas requiring maintenance to the Director.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Maintain a clean and safe club environment, which meets the expectations of the General Manager, Department Managers and Club Members.

2. Keep all indoor and outdoor areas repaired and maintained. (Changing light bulbs, re-touch paint, re-fill propane tanks as needed.)

3. Re-stock supplies as needed.

4. Responsible for reviewing and following a general maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.

5. Must effectively communicate and correspond with their Department Head to coordinate, acknowledge, prioritize, document and complete work requested.

6. Responsible for seeing that daily assignments is completed in their respective areas, to meet Club standards as directed.

7. Assist fellow Employee, Members and guests to ensure delivery of service without being directed. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team in a safe and productive manner.

8. Notify management of complaints at the time they occur. Rectify any complaints as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
