Successful + Growing American Family Agent in Scottsdale is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. Sales experience & Insurance Licenses preferred, but not required. We seek an energetic and dedicated professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· As a central member in our growing business, this person will be responsible for sourcing and developing leads, obtaining referrals, identifying new markets, and networking on behalf of the agency.

· Providing excellent service to all clients and take a proactive approach to identifying appropriate products for our clients to ensure efficient coverage.

· Provides consistent and diligent communication to ensure all prospects and leads are handled with the utmost care and attention.

· Take proactive approach to social media, networking and technology implementation using tools like Zapier, Slack, OpenAI, Text Blaze and any other tools available.

· Effectively manage and maintain all administrative functions associated with position.

· Maintain a positive business relationship amongst all vendors, clients, co-workers, and prospects.

Office Hours - Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. After hours appointments may be necessary depending upon the needs of the operation.

First Year pay between $45,000-$70,000 + bonuses, commissions and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Sales experience preferred with a successful track record of meeting sales/goals quotas.

· Arizona Property and Casualty License is highly preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date.

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal & listening.

· Ability to make professional and persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
