FARM LABORER CONTRACTOR APPLICATION PROCESSOR

We’re currently looking for upbeat, detail-oriented individuals to join us in our application processing department. Applicants must be able to evaluate information against a set of established rules, examine and transfer data with consistent precision, use spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, work as part of a team, and manage time efficiently.
USA Farm Labor, Inc. is conveniently located right between Waynesville and Maggie Valley, not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Lake Junaluska, and just off of both I-40 and the Great Smoky Mountain Expressway. Job Duties:
· Manage client applications
· Collaborate with co-workers to determine which category the client application fits into
· Communicate with potential clients (via phone and email) to discuss client status
· Communicate with clients (via phone and email) to explain and request required information
· Gather and review documents and information necessary for client applications
· Submit client applications and necessary documents to government agencies
· Communicate with government agencies (mostly via email) about client applications and provide information and documentation as required
· Track documents sent to government agencies to ensure they arrive correctly
· Track client application process on spreadsheet and follow up if necessary
· Review documentation that needs to be renewed
· Contact clients to obtain the information/documentation that needs to be renewed
· Research program rules, regulations, and legal cases affecting clients
· Regularly update supervisor on progress
