You are interested in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle and are flexible about where you will start your career, with an emphasis on the functional side of technology. With an understanding that communication is key, you deliver solutions to other team members to strengthen the deliverables. You step up and volunteer to take on challenges to solve technical problems. You look closely at the way things work and often see a better approach to how it could be done. Emerging technologies and next-generation IT excite you –– and you’re ready to put that passion to work across many different types of client projects.

The Work:

  • Kick-start your career in our Bootcamp-style by learning the latest technical skills within packaged software products (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, SAP, etc.), testing and more.

  • Integral to any team, you search for oversights by performing plans and execution of end-to-end client-based testing including product test, production test, schools testing, and Intersystem Testing

  • Act as a detective, looking closely at software to make sure everything’s working to specification

  • Design, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on various packaged software platforms

  • Apply application design and testing fundamentals across multiple technology areas

  • Troubleshoot basic issues on all types of business and technical systems

  • Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and the client

  • Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions

  • Keep well-written records describing how software works, any special configurations and how to troubleshoot basic issues


Here’s what you need:

  • Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma

  • U.S. Citizenship (no Dual Citizenship)

Bonus points if you:

  • Have internship or academic experience with programming languages (Java, Perl, Python, Ruby)

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $52,100.00 - $80,300.00

Colorado: $52,100.00 - $69,400.00

New York City: $60,400 - $80,300.00

Washington: $55,500.00 - $73,900.00
