Job description

We are located in Lebanon NH and we are looking for drivers to deliver packages to our customers and we offer UP TO $250/day. The compensation is based on performance and incentives to earn more as the performance improves:

• Base: Everyone will earn $170 per day for every day worked in a week
• Incentive A: If you deliver more than 99.3% of your packages (ILS % shown on Scorecard)... You will earn $200/day
• Incentive B: If the team delivers more than 99.3% of the packages, you will earn $220 per day... This only applies to those who deliver more than 99.3% for the week
• Incentive C: If you work 6 days, you will earn $250 for the 6th day

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle

Skills

• Valid professional driver’s license
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Don't need previus experience
