Field Marketing Coordinator

Accountable for executing the GTM strategy for B2B sales lead generation. Works with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Marketing Director to coordinate workstreams and ID opportunities for asset/campaign development and deployment. Combines disciplines of copywriting, project management, and marketing automation to educate prospects and accelerate sales opportunities. 90% Digital/10% in-person activities.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a field marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills. Marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time and project management. To ensure success, marketing coordinators should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Field Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Project management - Builds and actions the Campaign activity plan(s) and creative/content deliverables. Manage contractors and other promotional vendors. Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
  • Content Management - Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
  • Data Steward – Work with the data systems to compile information to report of health and success of the Sales Lead marketing funnel.
  • Campaign Development – Coordinate and execute on-target messages to create nutritive prospect journeys across email, web, mail, and in-person and/or digital activities in alignment with business sales targets.
  • Event Management – Work with event producers and internal teams to enable the successful appearance of ABC+D and lead generating activities at events, tradeshows, and seminars. Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Email Management – Working within email systems to ensure cadences and workflows are built, operational and reporting on performance.

Field Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, event coordination, email campaign management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Email/HTML formatting.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CMS or other email management tool
  • Outstanding vendor management skills.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
