Named one of the Best Places to Work in the U.S. by Outside Magazine, Fuse is a marketing agency that specializes in teen and young adult marketing. We are seeking an onsite event manager for a series of apres-ski events at Vail Resorts and independent ski areas around the U.S.

If so, capitalize your energy and focus as you excite and delight skiers and riders on behalf of Mountain Dew!

This is a paid contract position for approximately 4.5 weeks in mid-January to mid-February 2023 and 4.5 weeks in mid-March to mid-April 2023. Events will occur on weekends, and the field manager will travel home between events. The exact dates of work are TBD, but will be finalized shortly.

Here is what our Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Drive a cargo van loaded with event assets to and from each ski area

• Set up and oversee event presence at the base of each ski area

• Train and manage day staff at each location

• Present a positive image, embody leadership qualities, and promote with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm

• Plan driving routes to assigned destinations

• Regular communication with Fuse management and strict punctuality to scheduled events

• Timely completion of event recaps, expense reports and equipment inventory after each event

Skills and Education Requirements

• Prior leadership, marketing, promotion and/or brand ambassador experience is a plus

• Access to a computer, smartphone, and a safe place to park a cargo van is a requirement
