Role: Finance / Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6months

Job Description:

The resource has to be healthcare finance analyst and must have exposure to medical cost ratios and cost of care.

For business process skills, you can add them as appropriate.

· 5+ years of healthcare finance experience developing critical financial metrics and costs trends for CFO’s office.

· Develop medical cost processes, build total cost of care trends, membership to costs trends

· Has exposure working with IT teams in a matrix organization and working in scrum/ agile structure

· Assist in preparation of monthly reports; including sales analysis, P&L and supporting schedules, including budget to actual variance analysis.

· Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for use in setting and realizing company objectives.

· Assist to develop monthly & quarterly internal department reporting, including driving insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans and support managers in the development of action plans to improve variances

· Collaborate on producing business cases, scenario modelling, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs.

· Participate in cash management forecasting.

· Ensure accrual and sales commission accuracy

· Participate in the implementation and maintenance of relevant software and tools, as necessary to increase productivity and accuracy of FP&A

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
