We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst who will support the Corporate FP&A function by working across the organization to aid in analysis to support the business and leadership. This pivotal role will help to tell the story of the company’s performance to executive leadership, the board.
Job Purpose
The Corporate Financial Analyst compiles and examines large sets of data and financial information to provide sound decision-support for senior leaders.
Job Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting.
- Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making for the executive team.
- Develop red-yellow-green dashboards to quickly identify divisional opportunities.
- Create RFP and pro forma P&Ls to highlight risks and opportunities of new business opportunities.
- Conduct effective presentations, conference calls and on-site meetings with other departments to deliver your message regarding financial impacts.
- Create and manage project plans.
- BA in Finance, Business or Accounting or equivalent job-related experience; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of related experience.
- Collecting, analyzing and summarizing complex business information, drawing logical conclusions and solving problems.
- 2+ years' experience with Power BI.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, or SAP. (Dynamics AX preferred)
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data; develop and explain graphical representations.
- Flexible and comfortable in complex environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Position Summary
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense efficiencies
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional business leaders to execute initiatives
- Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making with the executive team
- Attend divisional leadership meetings and provide financial support as required
- Review monthly financial results with senior leadership, provide clear and concise commentary to tell the story
- Develop red-yellow-green dashboards to quickly identify divisional opportunities
- Create RFP pro forma P&Ls to highlight risks and opportunities of new business
- Conduct effective presentations, conference calls and on site meetings with other departments to deliver your message regarding financial impacts
- Lead a variety of ad-hoc projects for the company
- Create and manage projects plans

Minimum Qualifications
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Finance, Business or Accounting, or equivalent job-related experience.
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- Consumer goods, food and beverage or retail experience preferred

- Ability to develop strategic plans to grow the business
- Strong prioritization skills
