Job Description:
The Gallogly College of Engineering is expanding our financial team. Our Financial Associates will provide budget management, administration, and analysis of OUFND and state accounts within academic departments of the college.

They will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and various OU offices, including SBSC and the dean’s office to track spending, prepare financial reports, and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, AND:
• 24 months financial, budgeting or accounting experience

Equivalency/Substitution:

• Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets
• Financial or accounting experience to include analysis, auditing and budgeting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
• General office skills such as multi-line phone, copying, filing, faxing, and mail

Advertised Physical Requirements:
Must be able to engage in repetitive motions, communicate and see, including color, depth perception and clarity

Departmental Preferences:
Prior University financial experience preferred
