We are seeking to add additional Client Service Specialists and Financial Assistants to assist our Financial Advisors with the completion of paperwork, data management, and client relationship development. On an everyday basis you will be helping to handle questions from clients, in-person and on the phone, as well as assuring the proper processing of documents, and communicating with financial service representatives at other companies.

We have an on-site member of our team to help you every step of the way, and we have a relationship with LPL Financial, a national brokerage firm, which maintains a team specifically to assist with training and help answer questions. You do not have to be an investment professional to apply for this job, you just have to bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward building client relationships.

These are all opportunities to build relationships with our clients, as well as enjoy great food and entertainment in a relaxed and fun environment.

At Legacy, our approach to business is much more “Main Street” than “Wall Street.” By which we mean, it’s more relaxed and personable than most financial advisory firms. We don’t wear suits every day. We have an office dog that joins us at work. And we collaborate with our team members and get to know each other on a personal level, instead of treating them like cogs in a corporate wheel.
