Why do our stylists enjoy working at our salons?

Our stylists consistently earn between $20 and $40 per hour including a guaranteed base wage, bonuses and tips. Our stylists average just under $29 per hour including guaranteed base wage, bonuses & tips.

Our base wage is guaranteed regardless of how many haircare products you sell or services you do per hour. We review your pay 2 times every year.
