EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role.
- Prefer experience with stripping/waxing floors.
- Carpet cleaning experience.
- Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work - mentor (trainer) approval before working alone.
- Must be well versed on chemicals and their use.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS- Rarely – on average 5% of travel on a quarterly basis
WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in both a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers faxes, and filing cabinets. - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
- Maintain and operate company owned vehicles.
- Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to ensure duties are completed on time.
- Personal timeliness. Be prompt with all assignments and appointments.
- Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Perform inventories of supplies and equipment.
- Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
