Posses a Contractor License (Framer Specialty License State of Florida or Florida Municipality) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multiple skills with a high emphasis on exterior carpentry skills. Candidates shall have a proven history in framing of residential homes. We are looking for framing crews of 1 - 2+ framers who have the skills to properly do the job "right the first time" and in a timely manner and who are self-directed and highly motivated individuals.

Job Requirements
Experience Framers with strong work ethics and a good overall knowledge of Florida construction. Proven skills in carpentry. You must display excellent customer service skills, ability to evaluate the job, good communication skills, and ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Own your own set of tools to perform your skill set
• Own your own truck or van that is always in presentable condition while on the job
• Current proof and maintaining active insurance on the vehicle that you use on the job
• Current Florida Driver's License
• State or Municipality Contractor Framing License
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong people skills
• Have a smartphone
• (Spanish is not required but is a plus)
