3D ARTIST - FREELANCE

We are looking for a 3D Artist who has a passion for creating 3D Architectural Illustrations, with an architectural, design or construction background.

We are looking for a proven track record of delivering high quality images, of high profile and complex projects that have required changes throughout the process and on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently.

The candidate must be proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, composition using 3DsMAX, Vray, and Adobe suite. The ideal candidate will also be willing to adapt to our systems and methods to maintain quality consistency.

This is a freelance, remote position.

Key Deliverables:

• Translate client’s vision into Photo-realistic Architectural Renderings.
• Create and edit 3D models based on architectural plans, specifications or reference images.
• Apply textures and incorporate realistic lighting into a 3D model.
• Produce photo-realistic architectural renderings using 3DsMax and V-Ray.
• Be able to adapt to the company’s workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of 3DsMax and V-Ray.
• Advanced experience in Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of ForestPack, RailClone, and Quixel a plus.
• Advanced understanding of scale and composition techniques with a strong foundation in visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage one or two projects, priorities, and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines.
• Experience/understanding of architectural drawings and construction drawings.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine a plus.
