The Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center is looking for a Front Desk Guest Services Associate to join our team!
Looking for a dynamic individual with exception guest service skills for one of the premiere properties in the Syracuse market. The ideal candidate would demonstrate prompt, efficient, and courteous check in and check out of guests. Also will be able to meet many guests needs during their stay. Will also be responsible for the collection of monies for services rendered.
Must have excellent communication skills and experience in a hotel or related field.
Must be available days/evenings/weekends.
