America’s Retirement Headquarters is seeking a full time receptionist! This role will be vital to making excellent first impressions and always greeting our clients and guests with a warm and friendly welcome. Daily job responsibilities will include phone answering and directing calls, answering questions related to our business, sorting and delivering mail, data entry, material preparation (folders, flyers and envelopes for clients), confirmation calls for events and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced setting, desire to be part of a positive team building culture and enjoy working with the public. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
This position will have a starting salary of $40,000 per year, have one week of paid vacation and 7 company paid holidays. We offer a 401k match and profit sharing after 90 days.
