We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with an interest in the events industry. The position requires an eye for detail, the ability to multi-task and an outgoing personality. The Front Desk Receptionist will provide general reception duties and play a crucial role in the success of our organization. Skills such as the ability to meet deadlines and a desire to grow within the organization are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Greet people who visit the office.
- Answer questions from current and potential clients.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the correct people.
- Manage the flow of visitors in the front office.
- Tidily arrange office space to keep visitors comfortable and informed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.19 - $25.00 per hour
