Workout Anytime 24/7 is a rapidly expanding Fitness Facility. We are looking for an energetic and positive front desk Associate at our Smyrna, TN location. The primary responsibilities of a Fitness Sales Associate are to build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service, sell gym memberships, help keep facility clean and support your team to ensure a successful day. Fitness Associate Responsibilities:

• Meeting membership sales goals (there is a minimum requirement to sustain employment)
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Effectively communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
• Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
• Uphold store cleanliness standards
• Scheduling appointments and balancing the daily schedule
• Communicating the operational needs with teammates
• Capable of working flexible hours

Fitness Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Special consideration given to candidates with membership sales experience (Gym, Tanning, Spa, or Salon)
• Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A fast learner, with a positive attitude,and can remain calm in fast pace environment
• A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
