Full-time/Non-Exempt

Schedule: Schedule can vary week by week depending on hotel occupancy and need. Schedule may include am, pm, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Education: 2-4 year College Degree in Hospitality or Business or equivalent or 2 year of Front Office Supervisory Experience.

Experience: 2+ years of Front Office/Guest Service Agent Hotel Experience or 1 year Hotel Front Office Supervisor experience.

The Front Office Supervisor will support the Front Office Manager and Front Office Management team by managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department. The Front Office department is the first point of contact for hotel guests and is responsible for providing personalized service to guests upon arrival, during their stay and upon departure. In addition, the Front Office Supervisor will supervise, manage and mentor Front Office Agents.

The Front Office Supervisor will support the Front Office Management team and employees by managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department. The Front Office department is the first point of contact for hotel guests and is responsible for providing personalized service to guests upon arrival, during their stay and upon departure. In addition, the Front Office Supervisor will manage and mentor Front Office Agents. The Front Office Supervisor is an integral part of our team and works side by side with associates on a day-to-day basis to anticipate and meet guest’s needs. We are looking for someone who will help us develop new ideas and ways to improve revenue, associate, and guest satisfaction scores.
