Front of House (FOH) / Hospitality Team Leader

We are looking for dependable, people-oriented and results-driven leaders. The FOH leader must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with a sense of urgency and organization.
Pay Type: Up to $18/hr (potential for immediate promotion/pay increase pending leadership and Chick-fil-A capacity/experience)
Position Type:
- Full-Time (40+hrs) with potential for overtime
- Friday’s and Saturday’s required
- Holidays required (exception Thanksgiving and Christmas)

General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to train new team members, and track their performance to ensure they’re equipped for success.
- Ensure that shifts are running smoothly, delegating tasks as needed
- Track employee performance and document policy/procedure violations, reporting information back to Directors as necessary.
- Correctly interpret the intentions of the weekly schedule and place team members in the positions most suited to their skills
- Conduct coaching sessions with team members to develop and grow the front of house team.
- Ensure completion of all associated checklists on shift
- Consistently and creatively motivate team members to exceed our customer service scores
- Ensure all shift tasks are completed according to the daily schedule
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives
- Work safely and report, document, and work to correct any maintenance issues.
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say “My Pleasure.”
- Demonstrate a positive enriching attitude towards all guests and fellow team members.
- Read, understand and comply with all Chick-fil-A requirements and guidelines.
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and providing the highest quality of food at all times of the day.
- Display professionalism in personal appearance, attitude, and behavior.
- Continuously strive for personal excellence by growing in the knowledge of Chick-fil-A procedures and products.
- Follow leadership instructions and serve other team members.
- Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant atmosphere
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude, servant heart, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

- Have a coachable spirit & growth mindset
