Recently reviewed by Tom Sietsema, Zenola (located in the Town of Vienna) is looking for a Part-Time salaried Front of House Manager. Experience in an upscale dining setting & experience leading staff is a must. Competitive salary & PTO; benefits package available after 6 months in the position. This position may transition to full time in 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connecting with guests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Leading FOH team members in hospitality and service standards.
• Managing all floor stations, including leading pre-shift meetings, service of full dining room, post-shift debrief and breakdown.
• Providing support to all front of house positions; improving standards and efficiency.
• Supporting development of rules and regulations. Holding all FOH staff accountable to all rules and regulations.
• Assisting FOH employees with service challenges and guiding the guest while upholding service standards.
• Ensuring smooth liaising between FOH and BOH during service.
• Supervising menu changes and POS updates with other managers.
• Participating in and supporting the success of all streams of revenue, including events and holiday offeringers.
• Ensuring facility cleanliness and standards are met in all restaurant areas.
• Supervising new employees through the training process and reviewing staff performance.
• Maintaining and participating in the culture of the restaurant with a focus on hospitality and service.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
