Responsibilities

• Ensure front desk tasks are taken care of in a timely manner
• Ensure all patients are scheduled accordingly
• The ability to communicate with therapists and other physician offices for necessary documentations and patient follow up
• Ability to answer multiple calls a day
• Ensuring all documentation is noted in patient accounts
• Checking office emails and responding
• Verifying insurance and data entry
• Obtaining insurance authorizations in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
