Our office of Grob, Scheri, Woodburn & Griffin Family Medicine with offices located in Wexford and McCandless is currently seeking a full-time Front Office Specialist.

Responsibilities Include:

• Check-in/check-out, answer incoming phone calls and enter information into the electronic health record.
• Register patients into the electronic health record and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule follow up appointments and provides resources to patients.
• Answer phone notes as directed with patients.
• Obtain faxed data and routes appropriately.

Experience with an EMR system preferred, however willing to train the right candidate.
