Salary Range: $20-25/hour

We are now looking for a candidate with facility management working experience to provide general learning center coordination and support with a variety of administrative activities. The ideal candidate should love kids and passionate in education field, will be a dynamic, personable, energetic individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, quick learner and relates well to students, families, and staff. This is a full time role requiring at least 8 hours per day for weekdays, able to work in weekends, and able to work onsite in our San Jose office.

What You Will Do:

• Perform front desk role to provide supreme customer service to visitors, parents and students
• Greets /assists parents and kids and answers /screens incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Build up a good parent relations by providing necessary consultations and school/course information to parents
• Maintain the campus facility, equipment and classroom supplies with high standard
• Assist in students enrollment process and other academic administration activities
• Assist in learning center activities and events
• Assists with other projects and performs other duties, as needed

How You can be Qualified:

• Associate degree and above
• 1-2 years industry experience in education, school & academic related environment, customer service, etc. is highly preferred
• You LOVE working with kids and very detail oriented
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with both inside and outside, are willing to get in touch with parents and related communities
• Able to lift 30 pounds
