We are an event-based photography and videography company that specializes in weddings. Our team has won numerous awards, and has developed a proven way of WOW'ing our clients with not only the work we do for them, but also the experience they receive from booking all the way through delivering the final product.

A part time position may be available in our Plano, Texas office. The full-time position is located in our home office of Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are a small team of 10'ish people who love what we do, and love to have fun while we do it. If you enjoy working with like minded team members who are all striving towards the same goal, you will love working here. Your skills and work ethic directly translate to your pay check, as the team members who provide more value get bigger paychecks, and the others get more time off.

In addition to the current opening, if this turns into something you are really good at, you have the potential opportunity to go further on the career path to eventually run one of our regional offices, and train and manage your own team of shooters! We operate in several cities and the full-time manager position will be in one of our cities listed below.

Compensation:

• Income of $35,000 - $75,000 annually, based on skill and value brought to the team through shooting and editing.
• Income increases are dependent on your ability to WOW our clients with your work and their overall experience, as well as your desire to deliver more high quality work.

Qualifications:

• Must have advanced photography skills
• Editing skills in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop are needed.
• Knowledge on how to manage an office environment and schedule
• The ability to manage your own time efficiently
• The ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with clients and shooters
