SCHEDULE:
Full-time: ROTA 7 days on/7 days off (Live-in while on)
CHILDREN:
1 child, 4 years old.
SALARY:
$100K + health & PTO benefits

THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Our Peony family is looking for a professional ROTA nanny to join our family. We hope to find a nanny who shares the same core values as us. Someone who is warm and nurturing with a positive attitude. We are a down-to-earth loving family that values mutual respect and having a caregiver who is a part of the family. This person would live-in during their work week. We have a dedicated private bedroom and bathroom for the nanny. We do plan to travel occasionally domestically and internationally so they would need to be travel ready. Toddler and infant experience is important as we plan to grow our family. Also, someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats although we do have additional staff to help with cleaning and cooking we want a team player who can proactively help out where needed. We are looking for a long-term nanny who will grow with our family and communicate fluidly with us and other household staff so there is consistency and everyone is on the same page. We are looking for a dynamic, local candidate who lives in the Bay Area on their off week. Someone who is able to grow and adapt with us for years to come!
REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of recent, long-term, professional experience as a ROTA or live-in nanny

• Specific Infant & toddler experience

• Light Cooking

• Light Laundry

• Errands

• Travel

• Comfortable with a pool, and knows how to swim

• Long-term committment
