Great opportunity to work and grow with a local company. On-site sales and customer service training. This is a rare position we are filling.

Seeking full time employee for the Cedar Falls location.

Base pay, plus commission with a bonus structure

Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrating superior product knowledge for Lebeda products and competitor's products in order to answer customer's questions and inquiries
• Building relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport
• Performing Customer Service when necessary
• Closing customer deals
• Hitting monthly goals
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace
• Answering emails and phone calls

Sales Consultant Job Requirements:

• Professional appearance
• Customer service oriented
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Computer understanding (email, Word, internet, search, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, including being a good listener
• Reliable work transportation
• Self-Motivated, drive to succeed
• Upbeat, passionate, empathetic personality
