Located in trendy Armature Works just a stone's throw from Downtown, we have the best games around and the most advanced licensed games with amazing tech! Scooby Doo, Lost City and Murder on the Orient Express are but a few of the games we have available. If you have the energy and social skills to offer our customers a first class game experience, this is a role that would suit you well. We are looking for several Game Masters to cover our 7 day a week, 12 hour opening times, as we are about to open our doors. Details of the job will include: (All training provided)

• Welcome and assist guests in the check in process
• Memorization of all game rooms
• Brief and debrief guests on their live escape game experience
• Monitor and run escape games using designated software
• Reset game rooms quickly to maintain schedule

• Maintain cleanliness and organizational standard
• Communicate clearly with other game masters and management
• Answer all guests questions over the phone and in person
• Assist in the sale of merchandise
• Maintain a proper company uniform and arrive on time for work for each and every shift
• Handle Beer and Wine (Certifications will be provided)

Our Game Masters and Game Hosts ensure our Guests receive Escapology's signature 5-Star Guest experience. As a part of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where hard work, dedication, and attention to detail are paramount!

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $12-14 Based on Experience and training assessments.
