GARDE MANGER who are eager to learn join them at
LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.
Our bustling corner restaurant has been welcoming New Yorkers morning, noon and night with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, leisurely Italian spirit and heartfelt cooking.

This is for an entry level Garde Manger - Line cook.

- Have excellent knife skills.
- Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
- Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
- Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
- Support their fellow cooks.
