Excellent Opportunity - Associate Dentist for private, PPO/FFS practice in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA & Oxnard, CA.

Unlike some traditional associate positions, here you will have the unique opportunity to work independently with patients, and provide a full range of care from treatment planning through completion.
• You will care for our existing patients, while also providing care for new patients of the practice.

Requirements:

• Our candidate must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a DENTIST, and be comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry, including implant restorations, endodontics, simple extractions, and identifying the need for periodontal treatments. *Implant placement is a plus but not required.*
• We are seeking a confident professional who possesses strong communication and treatment plan presentation skills, as well as the clinical and interpersonal skills necessary to build long term patient/practice relationships and growth within the community. You should be comfortable working independently, directing your clinical staff, and managing all aspects of patient treatment.
• Active CA dental license in good standing
