To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our staff positively and guide them to deliver quality food and service on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all customers have a pleasant dining experience and all staff are supported.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Restaurant staff, Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Maintain quality service standards
  • Price menu items in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager
  • Order food and beverage supplies and equipment, as needed
  • Train staff on proper service, prep and standards
  • Communicate with guests for special events and needs
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of different POS systems and reservation systems
  • Familiarity with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Conflict management abilities
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
  • Certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus
