Village Camp is actively seeking an experienced Outdoor Hospitality Professional to join our team and launch our newest brand, Village Camp – Flagstaff. This role will be integral to the brand and is a fast track to RVP with 3 more properties ready to rebrand after this. We are planning to open the Flagstaff location in May 2023, and we are looking to make immediate hire for pre-open marketing and construction responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
PRE-OPENING
- Overseeing completion of Village Camp Flagstaff construction
- Onboarding of reservation software for entire property
- Completion of standard operating procedures of Village Camp
- Hiring of all team members
- Obtaining all necessary permits to operate RV Park and structures needing permits in Coconino County
- Completing 30/60/90 Plan for pre-open launch
- Develop marketing plan for Village Camp Flagstaff that includes channels, strategies, and budget
- Successfully completing launch of VC Flagstaff
DAY-TO-DAY
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and firing onsite resort team members
- Setting procedures to accomplish objective
- Working knowledge of landlord tenant acts
- Establishing property and grounds maintenance schedules
- Organize, submit, and oversee all Capital Improvements
- Safeguard and Implement changes to ensure the overall integrity of community
- Oversee each property management team’s attention to detail regarding:
- Property Maintenance
- Confirm onsite guests following rules and regulations
- Collection of all fees
- Maintain high standards of business ethics
- Ensure appropriate licenses, permits, etc. are renewed
- Maintain all operational files
- Maintain all Guest Files
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Manage workflow between corporate and property levels
- Standardized meetings with department heads
- Positive Attitude, great rapport with current guests to encourage referrals
- Work closely with sales department to make them successful throughout transactions
- Be a servant leader to all staff and clients
- Be consistent in reviewing competitor rent, websites, incentives, and activities
- In-depth knowledge of operational systems such as Campspot, Rent Manager, Newbook
- Help draft and implement new policies and operational handbooks

Requirements:THE RIGHT PERSON WILL…
- Minimum of two years equivalent experience in an upscale hospitality environment.
- Previous experience with hotel PMS and POS systems.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Based Applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of guests and employees, and able to negotiate through difficult situations
- Strong management and relational skills
- Thoroughness and an Attention to Detail
- Excellent and Attentive Customer Service
- Must be able to stand often and regularly walk around the property, including up and down stairs.
- Must be able to occasionally help others with lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable in and enjoy working in the outdoors. You also must be able to hear well enough to communicate on the phone and in person; and see well enough to work on a computer, read reports and drive
