The General Manager position is a high-volume, fast-paced environment, so it will be essential for the successful candidate to have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. A successful General Manager will have prior experience working in a restaurant environment, and they'll also need to have a thorough understanding of the company's policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the shift operation, including hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring performance of team members.
• Assist in the development and execution of a strategy for achieving sales and service goals.
• Manage daily operations of the store.
• Manage the employee payroll process.
• Gather feedback from employees to improve operational and management systems.
• Meet with members of the leadership team to discuss operations results.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Walk through the entire facility on a daily basis to assess operations and ensure company standards are being met.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
