General Restaurant Manager
Location: San Mateo, California
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 + great benefits package and work life balance
Schedule: Must be available to work evenings and weekends

The menu is traditional American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is created by the culinary director, so the role is focusing on menu execution and managing a large team.
The Role:
- Full accountability for the front and back of house operations
- This will be a high-volume location
- P&L accountability
- Overseeing beverage program
- Recruitment, training and team development
The General Manager:
- Solid GM experience within high-end restaurants
- High volume experience - $8million annual sales
- Polished and professional, but also knows how to create a fun working environment
- Maintains high standards at all times
- Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails
- Finger on the pulse in the food and beverage scene
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Sales & marketing background
- Must have experience in high end / fine dining restaurants
- High volume and large team management
