Be a part of a grand team as a Geneva Club Guest Service Attendant: Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing special assistance at a very high level and information about local area attractions to our VIP customers and patrons of the Geneva Club, offering a wide selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction.

The Responsibilities:

· Greet customers with friendly and sincere welcome. Remain calm and attentive during heavy hotel activity and emergencies.

· Register VIP guests and serve as remote check in location and work in coordination with the Bellstand to transport luggage to guest rooms.

· Provide professional concierge services such as arranging and confirmation of reservations for hotel activities, dining and spa as well as arrangements for off premise activities, including but not limited to dining, transportation services or car rentals.

· Conduct Pre-Arrival calls for guests and make preliminary arrangements for guest stay.

· Maintain a peaceful and service friendly environment in the Club. Services include but are not limited to food and beverage service, and light housekeeping duties of the VIP space.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:

· Previous customer service, front desk or hospitality experience

· Previous Food and Beverage experience a plus

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Language skills other than English preferred but not required

· High energy and positive attitude

· Strong organizational skills

· Highly creative, self-starter

· Able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Able to lift bus tubs, trays, coffee urns and glass racks

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Ability to make decisions and work independently

· Ability to multi-task

· Able to fully develop and implement plans from beginning to end

· Highly detail-oriented

· Ability to recognize and adjust to varying business needs

· Excellent follow-through and focus

· Flexible and highly adaptable

Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Grand Experiences Manager.

Exemption Status: Non-exempt
