• Prior Home Health experience a must
• Per visit pay

Field RN Responsibilities:

• Admissions
• Discharges
• Re-certifications
• Resumptions
• Visits

Field LVN Responsibilities:

• Follow Up Visits

Pay: $55.00 - $105.00 per hour
